The surrounding valley is mostly engulfed in mist or floating clouds and during outings there is a good chance of spotting the unspotted in their natural terrain as Coorg boasts of an abundance of flora and fauna.

For the culinary-inclined, Kodava fare is highly recommended. Normal Indian food in both veg and non-veg options is also available. Self-cooking is also allowed on request.

We slowly developed it and now have built three cottages for nature lovers to discover the area around.’’

Among the activities one can indulge in are trekking, mountain climbing, outdoor games, bonfire while rafting, rappelling and mountain biking will be arranged on request. A short drive away is Abbi falls, Raja Seat, Gaddige tombs, Omkareshwara temple, Talacauvery, Bhagamandala temple, Nalnad Palace, Cauvery Nisargadhama, Dubare elephant camp and Harangi dam. On the way to Madikeri past Hunsur are Bylakuppe, Nagarhole tiger reserve, Irupu falls and many other tourist locations.
