Dandeli is a natural habitat for wildlife including tigers, leopards, black panthers, elephants, gaur, deer, antelopes and bears.
It is the second largest wildlife sanctuary in Karnataka.The jungle is also a home to several varieties of reptiles and almost 300 varieties of birds, including the hornbill.
Dandeli, earlier famous for its paper mills, is now a protected Tiger reserve and a habitat for Hornbills and Black Panthers. The river Kali flows amidst this serene sanctuary in the Western Ghats and makes for a unique white water rafting experience.
Kali River is the largest tiger reserve of Karnataka.This is the only river in Karnataka where rafting can be experienced after monsoon.
Tour itinerary

Day 01:
Refresh after overnight travel and check into Home stay; after breakfast drive to Water sports - Enjoy Kayaking, Water Zorbing, Zipline, White water rafting (Optional) after lunch at home stay evening visit to Sykes Point', enjoy the beauty of the place and hydro electricity project. evening tea and snacks; after refresh its time at your leisure to gossip with your new friends and unwind your day around bonfire with some vocal music of your trek mates and relish the dinner.

Day 02 :
Wake up early to the chirping of birds! Day begins with Wildlife safari to Kavala caves with packed breakfast. Return to home stay for lunch, after lunch visit to Moulangi Eco park and Timber Depo for the Hornbill and bird watching with experts. Overnight travel from here to Bangalore.
