HoJo’s theme-based Punjabi food festival for lunch and dinner is a lovely spread with live counters for lassi, chaat, parathas and other specialities.

The themed ambience celebrates Baisakhi, an ancient festival of Punjabis, that marks the Solar New Year and also celebrates the spring harvest.

Among the Punjabi fare are:
1.      DHANIYA MIRCHI DA KUKKAD
(Succulent chicken drumsticks simmered in a stock rich in cinnamon, whole coriander and mace. Spiked with green chilies)
2.      TANDOORI GUCHCHI
(Handpicked morels stuffed with cheese and cardamom, coated with a cream and cheese batter, cooked in clay oven)
3.      DAL AMRITSARI
(Whole urad simmered overnight with a hint of mustard oil finished with tomato puree and cream, tempered with fragrant ghee)
4.       KHARODE KA SHORBA
(Gently simmered lamb trotter soup tempered with fenugreek)
5.      SARSON DA SAAG
(Blend of slow simmered hand pounded mustard winter & greens with dollops of white butter)
6.      BAHURANGI BIRYANI
(Flavorful basmati rice cooked on dum with winter vegetables)
7.      RAARHYA MEAT
(Marrow filled shanks and lamb chops with mince cooked in a rich stock of cloves, black cardamom cinnamon and other spices).
The lunch and dinner buffet is priced @899 all inclusive.
