chain outlet, its time to take a trip and learn to cook yourself!
For those
with such a taste and flavour, Jus’ Trufs is conducting a Mexican food workshop
that includes cooking with healthy ingredients.
The focus
will be on using natural, locally available and affordable ingredients says
home chef, Deepa Chauhan, who will be heading the workshop.
``Learn
how to make your dough from scratch for nachos, tacos and tortillas. Make
simple and natural fillings and salsas as also eggless churros with a wonderful
chocolate sauce,’’ says Chauhan.
The
four-hour workshop will introduce you to a warm satisfying treat by restricting
the use of ready-made spices and ingredients with preservatives.

Nachos, is being held on Monday, April 18 from 11
am onwards for a small batch of not more than a dozen people which ensures
personal attention.
