Adding a rich flavor to plain old dosa

The iconic masala dosa has undergone many flavour changes over the years.

Seen here being made is mushroom palak dosa and Mysore masala dosa with cheese.
The street food joint in Coffee Board layout, north Bangalore, makes a hundred varieties of dosa to suit your palette and budget.

The dosa maker is seen at the layout park"s corner in a modified auto and uses traditional coal fired stoves that gives an extra flavor to Bangalore's favourite anytime snack.

The dosas cost anywhere between Rs 40 to Rs 90 depending on the toppings and what goes in it.

From 4.30 pm onwards. Daily.

Directions: from Godrej Apartments and Amruthahalli police station, go past Canara bank and take a right at Bhuvaneshwari nagar park to reach Heritage store.

Or from Esteem Mall, travel on the Hebbal-Kempapura road to reach Coffee Board layout main road.
